how to add a word to the title?

i have titles as follows-

track 01
track 02
track 03

i want them to be as-

my album track 01
my album track 02
my album track 03

plz help

You can use an action like this:
Actiontype 5: Format tag field
Field: TITLE
Formatstring: my÷album÷%title%

... or this:
Actiontype 5: Format tag field
Field: TITLE
Formatstring: %album%÷%title%

Note: Replace one special character ÷ with one space character.
