How to attach cover art AND ALSO artist pic in same MP3

Windows 11, MP3Tag 3.21. I know how to attach cover art images to my MP3s. Some of my MP3s also have a background image of the artist. I don't know how it got there and I can't see anything in "properties" to explain it. In Media Player and VLC these display differently but they are always there somewhere. See screengrabs.

In which program do you want to see the artist's picture?
What does MP3tag show?

Media player or VLC. MP3Tag shows this

Even though these are the file properties, either a screenshot of the extended tags dialogue Alt-T or a screenshot of the tag panel would help.

Or you could answer most of it yourself:
Have you embedded 2 pictures?
Have you set one of the picture types to "Front" and the other to "Lead Artist"?
Have you checked that your player has actually a function to display both pictures - and does not take if from some kind of internet source?

Well this is the Alt-T info.

I don't know how I could embed two pictures. Can you explain, please?
The player I use is either Media Player or VLC. I don't know how to answer your final question.

You can add another picture either with the "New" button or with drag&drop onto the picture frame.
This works in the extended tags dialogue as well as with the picture area in the tag panel.
If you have more than 1 embedded picture in a file, then you will see scroll-area under the displayed picture.
A right-click on the currently displayed picture opens a context menu that allows you to set the picture type for the current picture.

If you do not know how or if at all your player displays more than 1 picture, then it is rather tricky to find the right function in MP3tag.
It would then be probably more effective to ask the player's support what the player needs.

This file shows only a single cover is embedded. You may need to check with VLC or Media Player if they are using web sources to add their own Artist image(s).
