How to create folder on the same level: [ARTIST] - [ALBUM] (then files inside album)

Hello, I know this question was asked 12578 times, cause I've read a lot of answer, but I still can't do what I want.

Right now my folders are: "artist folder" then "album" subfolder. for example if the artiste did 5 albums, I will have 5 folders under the main artist folder.

Michael Jackson (main artist folder)
|
Bad folder AND Thriller folder AND Invincible folder.

I would like to have everything on the same level:

Michael Jackson - Bad
Michael Jackson - Thriller
Michael Jackson - Invincible

Right now I'm trying to use "tag->filename" option, trying to put "" everywhere with no luck :frowning:

Can someone help me please cause i'm struggling with this one. And yes I've read the basic scripting help, and various thread. Trust me

Have a nice day!

Indeed.
To rename folders use either an action of the type "Format value" or the function Convert>Tag-Tag for _DIRECTORY.
Enter as format string an absolute file path, e.g.
Format string: d:\mymusic\%artist% - %album%
(do not include the filename part).
Renaming only each file would leave empty folders in the old location.

Thanks you for this. I was really struggling with this one. Thanks a lot!
