How to edit the name in iTunes Purchased by?

It's great that we can edit the email in the iTunesAccount field but how can we edit the name?
ITUNESACCOUNT works to changing emails
but
ITUNESOWNER doesnt change for names when i import it on iTunes to check

No. I don't buy my music from iTunes.
In your deleted post you wrote that you have found a solution, I was just interested in this solution.

The linked thread shows that it is not possible to edit "Purchased by" with MP3tag.
What help did you expect?
