How to limit number of characters using actions

I'm using an action to convert the file name to the format $num(%track%,2) %title%, like 01 Example.mp3. But I also wanted to limit the max amount of charterers in it, because iTunes limit to 64 characters for compatibility purpose.

How can I do that? Thanks.
