How to remove characters after ) in title

I tried multiple string with no luck. What am I missing?

AFAI can see, \d has no match in Blackout (Rolando Rodriguez Open Show) 8A 138
138 is not followed by a space character.
If you cut the space in the regular expression, then you would be left with
A 138
If you want to get rid of 8A 138, try:
$regexp(%title%,'(.*\)).*',$1)

sorry, I deleted the dot instead of the circumflex
