How to use file name as input to Tag fields?

Can't seem to find the anwer to this in the FAQ
Have a file name of
Van Morrison - Magic Time - 01 - Stranded.mp3
but no information in the tags fields

Want to populate the following tag fields
Title: 01 - Stranded
Artist: Van Morrison
Album: Magic Time

How do I go about doing this?
Also can this be done by selecting every song (mp3 file) at the same time?
