How to use Unicode character words in a Field?

Whenever I use a unicode character words in a title or any other text field, the app converts it into question marks characters e.g. "Shiv Mahima-परमविदुषो यद्यसदृशी", gets written in as "Shiv Mahima-???? ??????????".

Does anyone know how could I keep the original unicode words? I could not find any solution from the "Preference" setting of the app.

Which OS do you use?
(A general setting can be found in File>Options>Tags>Mpeg>ID3C2.3 UTF-16
