Information missing in mp3tag

Hello there, I have noticed that information is missing from a file when viewed through an mp3tag, yet the information is available through windows explorer.

Does anyone know why this is? It's strange that it has only happened for one file.

In the screenshots it shows that the bitrate and length are missing in mp3tag but not in windows explorer.

I have done this thing called "search" for you and found:

Some files show incorrect (or no) time in Length field

There are freeware utilties around that do just such checks: mp3val mp3diags foobar2000 mp3val and mp3diags have an scan mode so that you can decide whether you want to fix files with problems. Both programs have their virtues and you probably have to use both to get rid of all faults.

Thanks for your reply. When I was creating this thread, that did not come up as a suggestion based on the terms I used to describe the problem. I will check those out.
