Inserting Text into Title tag

I think I have my morning head on, because I can't work this out. Any help appreciated!

I have about 400 podcasts. Four per day, Hour 1, Hour 2, Hour 3 and Hour 4.

Their titles are like this at the moment:

Coast To Coast AM - Aug 22 2009 - Hour 1
Coast To Coast AM - Aug 22 2009 - Hour 2
Coast To Coast AM - Aug 22 2009 - Hour 3
Coast To Coast AM - Aug 22 2009 - Hour 4

I want to change them to:

Hour 1 Text from Comments tag here
Hour 2 Text from Comments tag here
Hour 3 Text from Comments tag here
Hour 4 Text from Comments tag here

I know I first need to strip the "Coast To Coast AM - Aug 22 2009 - " bit from the title tag.

Then copy across the comments tag text into the title tag, but i can't think how to start going about it!

Any help appreciated!

Guessing pattern: %dummy% - %dummy% - %title%

Action #2:
Action type: Format value
Field: TITLE
Formatstring: %title% %comment%

Wow, that was fantastic! Worked a treat! You've just saved me hours of work! I'm fairly new to Mp3tag, I'm gradually getting my head around all its functions! Understand a whole lot more now!
