Install fails, Mp3tag installer says "The system doesn't have the minimum requirements"

I'm trying to install in a Windows XP (with all updates to the system, fully genuine and licensed) on a Virtualbox container on a Solaris box on a Xeon-based Supermicro X7BSi Motherboard.

What could be the problem??

Try it with the version listed under old versions here : http://mp3tag.de/en/download.html
