Installation error v239 on W2K

I can't install MP3tag v239 because the required "gdiplus.dll" file is missing from the install package. It's easy enough to find this missing MS dll, but I can't get the installer to use it.

How can I complete the installation? Or does the installer need to be fixed?

I think you can simply add this file to Mp3tag's program directory.

Can I copy an existing gdi+ dll already on my pc into the mp3tag folder?
