Installer thinks I'm not an admin, but I am

I just installed 3.03 on Windows 7. I am the system admin, and my account is a member of the "administrators" group.

The installer didn't think so when I tried to install for "all users". I was able to install for "all users" by using "Run As" and putting in my username and password, but that shouldn't have been necessary.

AFAIK the installation process is managed by Windows, the installation script only tells this process what it needs. And if this process finds that your permissions are not enough ...
Nobody can tell from the distance what has upset your system but as you describe it you found a way to install MP3tag.

BTW: W7 has reached end-of-life.
