There isn't a specific field for search terms. You can find the full list of the fields that mp3tag maps to here.
You can add a custom field for your own use. But there are very few players and managers that can use these outside of mp3tag.
There is e.g. PODCASTKEYWORDS.
But wouldn't you search for all the other information in GENRE, TITLE, ALBUM, ARTIST; COMMENT, UNSYNCEDLYRICS?
What kind of keywords could be added that are not yet included in these fields?
I have memory issues, not Alzheimer, or maybe not yet. Neurology science is not as advanced as I thought. there is no definitive way to know what's going on.
So I noticed I would remember different songs by different attributes and I would not forget those attributes... most of the times.. I think.
like "Chinese song" " listened to it in X location" I would recall that but no other attributes because I would see a memory where I enjoy that song which is Chinese while I am in X location.
Also these are songs that I listened to for years and are dear to my heart. I just have trouble remembering them by their standard attributes.
Now I am into technology but I am not that smart. So would you tell me what is "PODCASTKEYWORDS" tag is used for? And, is it called tag or frame?
(And I swear I googled it, but found nothing" Google is getting BAAD)
Also I got this link by @MotleyG Tag Field Mappings – Mp3tag Documentation
which list all the "Tags" but it doesn't explain the usage and the history of it.
Also, I assume after finding the best "Tag" for such use, I have to suggest it to an app developer. or find an app on android that uses that "Tag" as a search tag or keyword.
I am sorry for being stoopid.
Because it could be very hard to find a developer which adds such a new tag, I would suggest that you "missuse" an existing tag that your existing App already supports.
@ohrenkino already told you the most common one.
So just try to add
"Chinese song" " listened to it in X location"
as COMMENT for example and check your Apps if they show it.
"chinese" could be saved in the language field.
The other bit ... where did you save this information so far?
I mean: if you start adding this extra data to the files only now, how do you remember what should be added so that you would find that particular file better than just with the existing tag data?
If you suspect that your player does not search all fields - why should it look into the keywords field?
And if all this does not help:
you could create playlists that use a particular keyword as name. And such a playlist would most likely be played by a decent player.
And finally: if your tags are up to date, then you could save the keywords in the filename so that e.g. "Abba - Waterloo" becomes "chinese song that I heard in x".mp3
