Is there an option that changes uppercase letters to lowercase, with the first letter of each word capitalized?

Try the option "Mixed case" in an action of the type "Case conversion"

Please be aware, that there are some edge cases you need to check.
Example:
W.A.S.P. becomes W.a.s.p., U.S.A -> U.s.a
The roman numerals like III becomes Iii, IV -> Iv, XI -> Xi and so on
Abbreviations like OST ("Original SoundTrack") becomes Ost
Any text following an opening bracket becomes lowercase:
DEMO (TEST AND SOMETHING) -> Demo (test And Something)

These cases can be avoided if you make a list of characters that denote the start of the next word in capitals.
In the examples, the ( and the . should be added. The roman numerals and all-capitals words will be modified, though.
