You can try to create an empty column via View > Columns... sort by this column and load the playlist afterwards.
It's untested but it should work in theory

Suggestion for improvement: make Load Playlist select this order.
Also it would be good if there was a way of returning to playlist order from e.g. Title or Track order. Clicking on the blank column does not do this.
