Menu option to upgrade tags to ID3v2.3?

I like to keep my MP3 tags to be exclusively ID3v2.3 - which is the version I have configured in the MP3Tag Tag option.
It is possible to change the tag type a couple of ways with Mp3Tag - like doing a “cut tag” - “paste tag” sequence. I have read in help that there is an option for doing a forced save (tho tbh never tried that).

So idea - provide a specific action in the menu to upgrade the selected tags to your configured “Tag version for Write” value.

Presume not hard.
