Just started using MP3TAG (Trial Version) All artwork is present in the app and also in the MP3 files on my iMac, however when I upload them to my iPhone there is always one without the artwork and also some times the album cover is missing that all the tracks are listed under, see below.
I was wondering if this is because I am still using the trial version.

No, this is most certainly something else - probably more related to the player which has not picked up the modification.

If MP3tag (really) shows the (embedded) cover but that data was added to a file that the player already knew, then it has to pick up that modification and update its cache / database or what may lurk in the background.
To get reliable information about the metadata and corresponding suggestions, it helps more to get screenshots from MP3tag, esp. the extended tags dialogue - as that is the only part that MP3tag can influence.
What the player makes of the found data is a completely different affair, yet, MP3tag can help in most cases to adapt the data according to the player's needs.
BTW: the trial version has no functional restrictions.

Thanks for all the replies, it was a “Schoolboy Error” by me, somehow I had multiple Album Art tagged on the tracks, once I removed them all and added a single image all is fine now.
