Mixed Case conversion Handling special characters

Currently the Mixed Case conversion keeps a lower case after characters :
(, [, . , -

Currently I have that :
At The Drive-in - R.o.c.k. In The U.s.a. (surkin Remix) [live]

I'd like to follow these capitalization guidelines, so I'd like to have that:
At The Drive-In - R.O.C.K. In The U.S.A. (Surkin Remix) [Live]

Create an action of the type case conversion and enter all the characters that in your opinion are allowed in front of a capital.

Oh yea I didn't figure out what "word begin from" meant...
