Move files with action instead of converter

Is it possible to create an action for this?

Converter>Tag-Filename
And for the ones here

Create an action of the type "Format value" for _FILENAME.
The format string is the same as for the converter.
The converter has the advantage of a preview function so you can see if everything will work ok.

Filename to Filename
Text file - Tag

Filename - Tag -> Guess value with source %_filename%
Filename to Filename -> Replace with regular expression
Text file - Tag -> no equivalent, even though there is a similar one with "Import data from text file"
