How do I get my purchased version onto my new computer with Windows 11?

I think you mean another program?

mp3tag is freeware (you can donate if you want)

Edit:

You can copy the whole directory
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mp3tag
to the same place on your Windows 11 PC so your configuration is intact.

If you installed MP3tag as a Portable app, the configuration files are in the same directory as mp3tag.exe

Please see also the section in the documentation.

I think it is much safer to use File>Open configuration folder ... to determine the location of the configuration files.
Also, the function File>Save configuration should be used to get all the bits and pieces.
