Moving part of TITLE

Firstly, long time listener, first time caller. Excellent software.

This is probably quite simple, but is beyond my limited capabilities, so any help would be much appreciated.

I have a few compilations which are tagged with the TITLE as "Name of Song [Original Album Name]". It seemed like a good idea at the time, but now I'd like the title to be just "Name of Song" and move "Original Album Name" to the COMMENTS, removing the square brackets.

I can move the whole field easily enough, but I'm struggling with splitting it up.
