MP3 Player Reading Incorrectly

Okay, so I have 2 different files - one that works (I didn't touch it yet) and one that doesn't (Tried to put tags on it).

I can't see any difference between the two really, when I click on properties for them both with Mp3tag V.2.33a both songs come up under the TAG area with "Version: ID3v1 (ID3v1 ID3v2). They both have a normal title, artist, and album. There both MPEG 1 Layer III with the same bitrate and frequency and mode.

When I play both files on my MP3 player, one comes up correctly, and the other one says "[chinese symbol]a". The a is the first letter of the song title.

Any way I can get this to work?
