Mp3tag command line?

Hello,
I'm using this great program for more than 6 years.
I need to check if the field isrc has some data for almost 20000 files.
I could load the files with group of hundred but it'll take sometime to edit them all !!
Would it be possible with some command line instruction ?
If not, any help to speed up the process is appreciate.

I don't really see how that is going to help.
It is no problem to load

almost 20000 files

into MP3tag in 1 go and then filter

if the field isrc has some data

with
%isrc% PRESENT.
(BTW: if ISRC has no data, then the field does not exist).
