MP3Tag Comments Removal not Working

I have a bunch of old music files that have a comments section in the metadata filled with useless crap. I want to blank them all out. Unfortunately, MP3Tag can only change the "Comment" section, NOT the "Comments" sections (plural, with an s, because yes, that's different). My files have no "Comment" section, so this tool has nothing to be removing.

Now, everywhere on the internet where someone specifies the "Commens" section (with the s on the end), EVERYONE ignores that and recommends this tool. Is there something I'm missing here?

Press Alt + T on your selected tracks and remove your COMMENTS field by clicking on it and press the red X Button (Remove Field).

You're not using Traktor by any chance are you?

Also, LyricsLover, do I do the Alt+T thing in MP3Tag, or is that a Windows thing?

While you wait for the answer - wouldn't it be easiest to try it in MP3tag and WIndows and see if you get that what @LyricsLover described?

Just a hint: it's a MP3tag thing.

This already answers the first question! Traktor is another program that is often used by DJs.
