Many thanks for the crash report. It's the #1 crash I'm seeing in the anonymously reported crash logs from Apple, but nobody reported directly before. So very excited that I finally know someone who has this crash.
Unfortunately, I only see the location of the crash but not the circumstances that led to the crash. Do you have any more details about the occasions in which the crash happens?
- Are there any files selected? If so, is there a pattern to the selection.
- Is a filter active?
- Is the new folder you're adding via drag and drop something that's already listed or on a new location?
- Anything else which makes it more reproducible.

Crashed again.
Launched mp3tag. It was loading previous folder. I cancelled the load songs.
I dragged a song from music app to mp3tag.
mp3tag app crashed.
