When I open Mp3Tag it loads all of the files of whatever folder I’m in…
This didn’t used to happen and I have turned off Select Files Automatically… Sometimes it acts like it’s retained the previous files…
I don’t want this behavior but the documentation tells me to do what I’ve done and it doesn’t help.
You can choose to start mp3tag with no files.
File>Options>Directories - Choose "Empty" in the Startup Directories drop-down list.
The documention says about the startup directory:
Startup directory
You can now specify the startup behavior of Mp3tag.
Empty starts with an empty File List.
Previous starts with the folder which was loaded the last time you’ve used Mp3tag.
Favorite lets you choose a explicit folder (see above) that is loaded on startup.
