MP3Tag opens runs but the UI never comes up

Ungraded to MP3Tag 3.20 x64 in WIn10 22H2.
Running the program shows an hourglass for a second or two, then nothing. No UI window opens. Process shows in Task Manager, 0% CPU, 11.7MB Memory.

Ran program via desktop shortcut and context menu. Neither worked.
Tried power cycle. No change
Uninstalled/reinstalled. No change.
Uninstalled, installed 32bit. No Change.
Uninstalled, installed 64bit administrator. No change.

Did you change the installation mode from portable to standard?
It looks to me like old and not fitting access rights prevent the locking of e.g. configuration files during the session.

Yes, it was Standard install, not portable.

With your hint, I uninstalled again, but I checked the "delete config file" option, and reinstalled, It is working fine now.
