When User Interface Scaling is set to 200%, the buttons become too low to click at resolutions below 1080p. A scroll bar could help?
In the meantime, if users are in this position, select a smaller scale then press Enter 
.
I've added logic to prevent the options dialog from exceeding the work area size when UI scaling is enabled with Mp3tag v3.34-beta.8.
This version now also only will list the scaling options that will work with the currently active monitor.
