MP3tag recognises the tags in one of these AIFF files but not the other, what's the difference?

Hi, I have two AIFF files here. Both tagged with ID3v2.3.0. They are both tagged with the same Artist, Title and Album tags. The only difference, as far as I can tell, is that one additionally has a 'Tagging Time' tag, but I can't imagine that's the reason that MP3tag is unable to recognise the other tags in that file?

Would love to know if anyone can figure out what the difference is between these two files.

The second file is truncated. The ID3v2 header reports a size of 1184 bytes while the actual data in the file is way smaller.
