Mp3TAg rewrites tags when changing panels with mouse

I've been having a problem woth Mp3tag. When I use the Tags panel to change tags in a multiple selection, then move back to the Files panel by clicking with the mouse, sometimes one of the tag fields is inadvertently changed. When this happens, the program rewrites all the tags again. Is there any way I can stop this from happening? I can't find anything in the Settings.

File>Options>Tags>Save tags when navigating

I have not ticked it.
