Mp3tag v3.09 and v3.10 released

I've just released Mp3tag v3.10 including these changes:

  • added option to choose color mode (default, dark, or light) on Windows 10 1809 and above. (#18264, #54393, #54450)
  • file selection color was not visible enough in dark mode if file list wasn't focused. (#54445)
