MP3Tag with command line shell?


Is it possible to use MP3Tag only on the command line with windows shell?
for example to remove tags from an mp3 ?

The answer is still the same: No.

Despite its misleading name, EXIFtool might be what you are looking for. I believe FFmpeg can be used for some basic CLI tag editing as well.

@Crissov Are you sure that EXIFtool can WRITE ID3 tags? As far as I know, it can READ it, but not write it:
