Multiple Directory Selection

Hi all. I'm in the process of updating tags on hundreds of files, to standardise various tagging formats.

My problem is that I'd like to select groups of directories (such as 'Various Artists) to work on together. I can select a directory and add others to it, or select every sub-directory under a parent.

It would be so much easier to be able to select groups of directories using the standard Windows procedures of Shift or Ctrl + click.

Couldn't MP3tag provide this feature? Or does it already and I've not found it?

You can do this with the Windows-Explorer and the context-menue (right mouse click).
Select Files or folders with the explorer and choose MP3Tag in context-menue.

Brilliant! So simple in the end - and saving me a lot of work.

Thanks so much for the quick solution!

Another way is to do it with windows-explorer and drag&drop.
You can mark several files/folders and drag them to Mp3tag. You can also add file/folders to already loaded files holding the CTRL-Key and drag to Mp3tag.

Thanks again Poster. Using the menu option I've now finished the job in a fraction of the time it was taking me. But I may try the second option next time around.
