Yes. You can set the id3 tag type in
Options -> Tags -> Mpeg
Options -> Tags -> Ape, Mpc...
If you ask if it possible to add or edit mulitple ID3 tag type at the same time:
For WAV you can only do that for ID3v1 and ID3v2, but you have to set the subversion v2.3 or v2.4 separately.

Why would you like to have both ID3v2.3 AND ID3v2.4 tag types in the same wavfile?
