Multiple tag on a field or multiple field

I have a few questions here. Lots of these are just simply curious, I know I can simplified multiple tag into one and replace using musicbrainz or discog.

1>> When I download a mp3 file, sometimes I will see both ID3v1 and ID3v2 at “Tag”(column).

i.) Can I identify which column is written in ID3v1 and ID3v2 respectively?

ii.) Can I identify and reveal content of a column that is written in both ID3v1 and ID3v2 with the same content or different content? Can I alter or delete them respectively?

iii.) Can I batch change ID3v2.4 to ID3v2.3 UTF-16? I know some programs have problem reading ID3 version that it doesn’t support but it shouldn’t be a problem to mp3tag? Since it able to read all version of ID3?

2>> USLT and SYLT support both ID3v1 and ID3v2? If I understand it correctly, lyrics is just a type of tag in the structure of ID3 and it is blend into the mp3 file, no isolate file is needed for lyrics?

3>> The main difference between ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1, ID3v2.3 UTF-16, ID3v2.4 UTF-8 is the encoding they use to present tag? Apart from that, is there any important features?

Lots of thanks

1: no, you would have to set Options>Tags>Mpeg to read only on of the tag versions.
2: no, see above

SYLT is not supported by MP3tag.
USLT is only available for ID3V2 tags - the old LYRICS tag is not supported by MP3tag.

That is a question about the player's features. MP3tag supports UNSYNCEDLYRICS.

V2.4 tags also follow a different internal naming standard and have other features than V2.3 tags.
ISO-8859-1 tags rely on the local code page which may lead to reduced interchangeability and suprising display of tag field contents.
ID3v2.3 UTF-16 is the most compatible format of all.
