Every column in Mp3tag can be sorted ascending or descending. Just click again on the column header where you see your content "backwards".
You see the current sort direction with the small "arrow up":
or "arrow down":

In my computer ^ Filename
and Mp3tag ^ Filename...
AND I have to take my songs with my mouse from bottom to top ?????

Choose ^Windows Filename and choose Filename^Mp3tag
Choose your songs from top to bottom and bottom to top
What result do you get???

No uncheck/deselect Digital (Numeric in your language) and try it again

What is Numeric??? 
From the help:
The Numeric checkbox affects the sorting of the column and determines if the column contents are aligned left or right.
This numeric was driving me crazy... 
Especially, if all your filenames looks like
M0006.mp3
M0007.mp3
M0008.mp3
which is NOT numeric (they start with a letter, not a digit).
This is the definition for TRACK - for Filename it should not have the little blue check mark in the box "Numeric"
