My music folder is too large?

I have all my music files in one folder.
That only seems right too me.
The problem is it takes a long time to load it each time into Mp3tag.
It is about 30 gigs.
Is there an easier/quicker way to load a large folder like that.

Dear Brad,

the only way to speed up reading of files is to disable reading of tags at Options, General. After this tags are read on demand, when you press [Ctrl+T].

The probably better way is to organize the files in different folders.
