Naming artist from filename

Hello there. I have a problem regarding the naming scheme of my songs.

I would like to name the artist tag as the first part of the filename.

For example:

Filename: Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata.mp3
Artist name: something different
Title: also something different

What should I do, when I want the artist name to be named as Beethoven (the filename's first part), and also the title to be the filename's second part (Moonlight Sonata)?

Any form of help is greatly appreciated. Apologies for bad English.

Use the converter Filename->Tag.
Format String: %artist% - %title%
