since I am now transferring to windows and can use the app on their

I'm not the owner, but can't think this is a reasonable request. You can't buy and use software and then get a refund in the future when you no longer need it.

I actually bought the software a few hours ago today
to clear up any confusion but I do see your point,
maybe its best that I keep it

I was surprised to see your request, given that you've bought Mp3tag for Mac on the very same day. I agree with what @MotleyG mentions and at the same time, I don't want anyone to feel bad about a purchase they made.

If you'd still like to have a refund, please contact me via email and I'll arrange the steps necessary and invalidate your license.
