Need help exporting in this format if possible

Can't quite get the hang of looping. What I want to do is export everything like this:

ARTIST
ALBUM (YEAR)

track 01
track 02

ARTIST 2
ALBUM (YEAR)

track 01
track 02

for example

TORI AMOS
UNDER THE PINK (1991)

01 - God
02 - Blah Blah
03 - Blah Blah Blah

ANOTHER ALBUM (2010)

01 - Foo
02 - Foo Part 2

BJORK
DEBUT (1992)

01 - Track 1
02 - Track 2

So every artist is listed once, then every album by that artist indented with all the tracks from that album indented under that etc. skip a line then do the next artist etc. All spit out in rtf format.
