Can someone please help me with a script to parse a file name containing artist and track name, putting the values into Artist and Track?
ex. filename = John Doe - Song name.mp3

You need the 
Filename - Tag conversion with %artist% - %title% as formatstring.
Many thanks for the reply and the link.. I thought I had seen how to do it somewhere before, but could not remember exactly where.. thought it was a script, and totally forgot about the icon buttons at top..
btw.. I like your tag line,, and I 'do' understand binary!
