This is unbelievably simple:
(1) Enter URL:
You can start with a Deezer / Spotify / iTunes album url:
https://….com/[…]
(2) Select Get ID
(4) Select Search
(4) Pick a release and review the information and select "Submit album to MB"
(4) On the MB page supply any missing MusicBrainz info and on final page select "Enter Edit'

There is also a spiritual successor to atisket, Harmony, which is open source and accepts pull requests (atisket is amazing and blazed the way, but is closed source and difficult to maintain):
There are still some pros and cons to both at the moment. The main draw for Harmony for many will be that it also has Beatport and Tidal support. As well as Bandcamp support, if you start with the Bandcamp URL/UPC - Bandcamp sadly does not support barcode search so you can’t get Bandcamp details after inputting (for instance) a Spotify URL.
