New action is not present

I recently switch from Windows to Mac and buy MP3tag for OSX.

I created a new group action but then, I don’t find the button “new action”. It doesn’t show up on the pop-up windows

It's the + button in the lower right corner, that appears when you select the action group from the sidebar.

I was still on the level Category. That’s why it didn’t show up.
