Is that the "Key" field in Traktor, or the "Key Text" field in Traktor? They are 2 separate fields. Key Text is taken from the .mp3 file, but Key is Traktor proprietary, and lives in the Traktor Collection.nml.

something that identifies the tune of the music so that when editing the tag it can be classified in a playlist, for example.
This would make it much easier when classifying a song, for example.

I am at a loss in respect to context.
Just in general: MP3tag does not interpret any of the payload data, it looks only at the tags.
So where would you see MP3tag in
