odd occasional "folder.jpg;charset=ISO-8859-1" when extracting a cover

I often use the "extract cover" from remote Amazon results as the files are tagged already- and occasionally both the file name and file type show as "folder.jpg;charset=ISO-8859-1"

any ideas? If I just change it to "folder" it makes the proper .jpeg file

This was a bug in Mp3tag which is no fixed with the v2.44e Development Build.
