I have a suggestion/ request and a challenge for the creators of this beautiful app.
Should it be possibly to open the tagpanel in a new window?
So i can view only the columns on my second screen and tag panel on my laptop?
For me this would be wonderfull.

Already these days you can grab the tag panel and move it outside the MP3tag window boundaries to more or less any place on the desktop.
(It is also possible to move the tag panel area to a different place inside the MP3tag window).
Use the top window divider with the little x to grab the tag panel.
I don't work with 2 monitors and don't know if it works for you but try this:
There is a thin double-line with a cross at the right side between the icons and your tagpanel.
Click on this double-line, drag the tagpanel and drop it on your desktop away from your Mp3tag-windows.

I did try that.
I am running windows 11 and run v3.28 from mp3 tag.
2e time i was able to expand tag panel to the desired view.
but everytime i move the tagpanel it distort columb view....
sometimes the distortion stays, sometimes it go away....
That happens during the move process of the Tag Panel and can help to show the target position (inside Mp3tag):
But it should be "cleared" or disappear soon after you drop the Tag Panel at the new position.
So I thought it wasn't supposed to work like that and that this option wasn't available yet. If so, maybe I should have posted this under bugs 
Running also W11 and I don't have any problems.
I think that WIndows handles any screen area movement - so I would assume that the dual screen setup may lead to miscalculations of window positions.
What happens if you use "Refresh" on the desktop context menu (right-click)?
every time i move tagpanel it distorts the columb view. When minimize column view and maximize i have correct view...
