Options - Tags - Further Config Help

Hello All,

I have marked all the options in Further config Ape,Mpc.
Is this a good idea or not?
How do you got this section?

Problem solved. I marked al the boxes and the problem vannished.
I only had marked, reading ID3v2, but this does'nt work, so I marked all boxes.

You do not tell us what the problem was.
Did it have to do with APE tags?
Then I would investigate which data was stored in them and whether there are other options e.g. for Replaygain.
Then I would remove the APE tags, see e.g. here:

Remove APEV2 Tags

To remove APE tags, set File>Options>Tags>Mpeg all off for all non-APE-tags. For APE set to on: read and delete Save the settings. Select all the files that should be treated in the files list. Select "Cut tags" from the context menu of the files list. Reset the options for all tags except APE to read, write, delete, set APE to delete only.

and finally set the program that created them to stop that.
