Part of Title field to Artist field

I like to move information from the Title field to the Artist field.
Example:

-Album
Bat Head Soup: A Tribute to Ozzy Osbourne

-Artist
Tim "Ripper" Owens

-Title
Mr. Crowley (feat. Yngwie Malmsteen, Tim Bogert, Tommy Aldridge and Derek Sherinian)

Must be:

-Artist
Tim "Ripper" Owens (feat. Yngwie Malmsteen, Tim Bogert, Tommy Aldridge and Derek Sherinian)

-Title
Mr. Crowley

Is this possible for all tracks on such albums?
