Paste a short muted mp3 with special tags in every folder

Hello:
I have an audio car system with very few characters in its display and I am step by step improving the way I browse my music.
I was wondering if mp3tag can help me to do this:
I have this tree structure:

-Music
--- Artist 1
------ Artist1(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
------ Artist1(in3letters)-Album2-Year
--------- *songs
--- Artist 2
------ Artist2(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
--- Artist 3
------ Artist3(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
------ Artist3(in3letters)-Album2-Year
--------- *songs

and I want to create a folder with the name of the artist as the first folder of every artist folder and paste a muted short mp3 with the long name of the artist. Then I would have this:

-Music
--- Artist 1
-------Artist1(long name)
----------*emptyAndshort.mp3
------ Artist1(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
------ Artist1(in3letters)-Album2-Year
--------- *songs
--- Artist 2
-------Artist2(long name)
----------*emptyAndshort.mp3
------ Artist2(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
--- Artist 3
-------Artist2(long name)
----------*emptyAndshort.mp3
------ Artist3(in3letters)-Album1-Year
--------- *songs
------ Artist3(in3letters)-Album2-Year
--------- *songs

Can mp3tag help to do this? I know how to shorten artist names I need to create that sub-folder with the long artist name in each artist folder and paste the same short, muted mp3 in each one.
If mp3tag can't help me in this task...do you know of any other way to do it?

I would prepare the folders in such a way:
Start with the proper folder name and the long artist name.
Also, include the muted file in the folder.
Use a filter to filter for the muted file and get the long artist name from the folder (action of the type "Guess value")
Shorten the artist name as you need it.
Rename the folder (Action of the type Format value for _DIRECTORY).

You will only feel a benefit if you do that for many folders in one go.

Hello,

one solution to create I use to create folder names or folder structures is to create a export configuration that has a batch-file as a result. I place this (export-) batch file in base folder where the folder structure ought to start. The source files are then referenced by absolute paths, the source files by relative paths (to the base folder)

Here is one export-configuration that copies selected files in a folder with artist,album and date. It replaces German special characters and copies via the %tmp%-folder since at that times my computer was slow in copying directly from USB-drive to USB-drive
